Is this online course live?

No, it’s self-paced. Every video is pre-recorded so you can work your way through the course at your own pace.

What’s the difference between this course and working with you 1:1? 

When I mentor clients 1:! alongside them being in the online course, big shifts happen. I attest this to my coaching, accountability and human-human encouragement. This is very different to going through the online course alone.

Will I be in clinical remission if I implement everything?

I can’t guarantee that. It depends on your situation and the level of support you have in your life too.

What the difference between this online course and the group program? 

Everyone in the group program gets lifetime access to the online course. The benefits of the group are that you have more access to my coaching which is where the big shifts happen. Being left to your own devices is very different to being mentored.

How long do I have access to the course? 

For life. If I ever decide to remove the course, I’ll make sure everyone can download all the videos and material beforehand.
